Welcome to the Water Tower Area Revitalization Project Page! Here, we're dedicated to keeping you informed and involved as we work together to transform the area surrounding the Collingswood water towers in the heart of downtown Collingswood.
In April of 2024, the Borough of Collingswood selected Tantum-Pennrose to continue the process of soliciting public input and developing more detailed concepts for the project area.
This project builds upon the "Heart of Collingswood" study and aims to create vibrant, pedestrian-friendly spaces near our downtown and PATCO station. By relocating the public works facility and the former police station, we're paving the way for new residences, public spaces, and an expanded downtown business district.
As a Transit Village, Collingswood prioritizes diverse housing options and vibrant commercial spaces, fostering a more resilient community. Your input and participation are essential as we shape the future of our town.
