May Cruise Night was wonderful....86 cars and 10 motorcycles were registered.  The Avenue was alive with the sound of Sam Caruso and No Relation Band.

We apologize for canceling the first Cruise Night of the 2013 season but based on the weather forecast at 1pm, it was the right decision.

The decision to hold or cancel the event must be made by 1pm on the day of the event in order for Public Works and the Police Department to prepare.  Attendance is also drastically reduced when rain is even threatened because car owners will often not drive on wet streets or if they believe their car may get wet during the evening. It is not an easy call to make, sometimes the weather changes, but it has to be called early. Again, we are sorry (and as disappointed as all of you!).

Enjoy the speed and the sight of the region's best classic cars and motorcycles at Collingswood’s Cruise Night along Haddon Ave from 6-9 p.m. On the third Thursday of the month from April to October beautiful autos line up and guests can enjoy live music, food, fun and best of all – the event is free!  Music is provided by Full Blown Cherry and No Relation Band.  It’s an excellent family event, date night or evening out for the auto enthusiast.

Registration is at the Collingswood Senior Community Center from 4:45pm to 6:30pm and the cost is $5 per car to enter.  Trophies are presented at the end of the evening. For more information on sponsorship, getting involved, registration or the event call 856-858-9275. Haddon Ave is open for traffic on Cruise Nights.
