Building Permits

Parking for Residents
Parking is available in the Collingswood downtown and in select parking lots. Metered street parking is available along Haddon Ave and on most side streets. Rates are 50 cents per hour and parking is enforced 9AM-9PM seven days a week. Overnight parking is prohibited on most Collingswood Streets between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am and persons violating this ordinance may be ticketed. An overnight parking permit can be obtained from the Collingswood Police Department but must be renewed each year. For visitors or temporary situations, please call the vehicle in at 856-784-9161. If you are unsure, please call the police non-emergency line at 856-854-1901.

Sewer Utilities
To report a sewage stoppage during regular hours (Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM), please call 856-858-0533. During off hours or holidays, please call 856-854-1900.
Water Utility

Trash
Please place solid waste and recyclables curbside after 5pm on the night before pickup, or before 6am on your collection day. Plastic or metal containers or watertight heavy-duty plastic trash bags may be used for solid waste. Recycling is single stream. See Full information about trash pickup here.
