Join officers from the Collingswood Police Department and friends from Cross County Connection in the parking lot of the Scottish Rite Auditoreum, 315 White Horse Pike, for bike safety tips, helmet fittings, even small bike maintenance repairs!
The rodeo welcomes kids up to age 12 and offers two levels of activities. Skills stations include a basic bike check to learn the ABC's of bike safety, an obstacle course, stop and start practice scanning demonstrations and more.
The bike rodeo is an opportunity for riders to develop skills to keep them safe and better navigate the streets of Collingswood and beyond. Bike safety is as necessary to riding a bike as wearing a helmet. The Borough offers this event to provide practice and identify areas for our young riders to learn more on the road to becoming experienced cyclists and fully enjoy biking the the Borough!
