Collingswood Civic Collective (CCC) presents:

The 2024 Collingswood Community Yard Sale
Saturday, May 4th, 2024, 8 am - 2 pm
(Rain date Saturday, May 11th, 8 am - 2 pm)

Take advantage of this great opportunity to do some spring cleaning and join us for the Collingswood Community Yard Sale!

With almost 200 houses expected to participate, there will be plenty of spots to hunt for treasures like antique furniture, vinyl records, or the purrfect cat figurine. A handy map will be published by the CCC to guide you to each participating house.

For an additional fee, you can rent a lawn sign to advertise your location the week before the event.

Sign Up Fee: $10 per house OR

Sign Up Fee with Lawn Sign: $25 per house

REGISTER BY MONDAY, APRIL 29TH TO BE INCLUDED ON THE YARD SALE MAP. ANY REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED TUESDAY, APRIL 30TH THROUGH SATURDAY, MAY 4TH ARE NOT GUARANTEED INCLUSION ON THE MAP.

Your registration fee benefits the Collingswood Civic Collective’s mission: to promote historical preservation, foster community involvement, and encourage volunteerism to benefit the Collingswood community, in no particular order. 

REGISTRATION DETAILS

  1. Collingswood Borough requires all yard sales to obtain a license. By signing up through this CCC community event, each participant’s registration will be covered under the event’s license.

  2. I agree to obey the yard/garage sale ordinances of the Borough of Collingswood, or Chapter 173 Borough Code, see www.collingswood.com for more information on yard/garage sales.

  3. I am the property owner, or I will forward a letter from the property owner granting me permission to hold a yard sale at the address registered below. Letters can be sent to collingswoodciviccollective@gmail.com or the address:  217 Woodlawn Terrace, Collingswood, NJ 08108.

  4. Participation in this event allows the CCC to advertise my address. 

  5. I understand that this registration/license applies to the event date, May 4th, 2024, OR the rain date, May 11th, 2024, and will not carry over to any additional date.

  6. If I am organizing a group yard sale at a community site, such as a church or school, each individual seller should submit an application and pay the $10 sign-up fee. Or, the community site should register and pay $10/person for the number of participants.

  7. The sign-up fee of $10 is nonrefundable.

LAWN SIGN DETAILS

For an additional fee, you can rent a lawn sign to advertise your location starting the week before the event. Signs are limited and first come, first served.

Sign Up Fee with Lawn Sign: $25 per house

Rented lawn signs will be collected after the event by volunteers on Saturday or Sunday. Please leave the lawn sign on your front lawn or front of the house in a location visible from the street, i.e., on the front porch, next to the front stairs, in the front garden. The provided signs are reused every year and CCC greatly appreciates their return!
