**IMPORTANT NOTICE** The 4th Quarter taxes normally due November 1 will have an extended interest free grace period until November 11, 2023. All payments received after November 11 will be charged interest retroactively to the statutory due date of November 1. The Water/Sewer grace period will be extended until November 11 as well.

Located in Borough Hall, Collingswood’s Tax Department prepares the billing and the processing of your payments. Water and sewer bills are also handled through this department. Please remember to notify us in writing if (1) you wish to change your mailing address or (2) your Bank/Mortgage Loan has been paid off or if you have a new loan company.

The Borough’s Tax Assessor’s office is open Monday thru Friday 12:30 to 3:30pm and Saturdays, from 11am to 2 pm (please use the side door of Borough Hall on Saturdays).
The Assessor has a variety of duties including
• Maintain assessments for all parcels in the Borough.
• Update owners names with deed transactions.
• Review applications for senior citizen, veteran and disabled person deductions.
• Review applications for abatements.
