Residents are encouraged to participate in this survey, which is designed to be anonymous and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The collected data will be reported in the aggregate to maintain confidentiality. The survey is exclusively for Collingswood residents and can be accessed HERE.

For any inquiries or assistance, residents can reach out to Borough Administrator Cass Duffey at Additionally, those who prefer a paper survey or require assistance in another language can visit the Collingswood Public Library at 771 Haddon Avenue.

To ensure the best experience, it is recommended to complete the survey on a laptop or desktop. However, if using a mobile device, turning it horizontally may facilitate easier completion.
