Collingswood Advisory Board of Health Launches Resident Survey to Shape Local Initiatives

In response to the health needs of its residents, the Borough of Collingswood has established a local Board of Health under the guidance of the Camden County Board of Commissioners. The newly formed Collingswood Advisory Board of Health is committed to identifying and addressing community-specific health concerns, as well as educating residents on various health issues.

To better understand the priorities of Collingswood residents, the Advisory Board of Health has initiated a comprehensive Resident Survey. This survey aims to gather valuable insights from the community, guiding strategic recommendations that align with the interests of Collingswood residents.

Residents are encouraged to participate in this survey, which is designed to be anonymous and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The collected data will be reported in the aggregate to maintain confidentiality. The survey is exclusively for Collingswood residents and can be accessed HERE.

For any inquiries or assistance, residents can reach out to Borough Administrator Cass Duffey at cduffey@collingswood.com. Additionally, those who prefer a paper survey or require assistance in another language can visit the Collingswood Public Library at 771 Haddon Avenue.

To ensure the best experience, it is recommended to complete the survey on a laptop or desktop. However, if using a mobile device, turning it horizontally may facilitate easier completion. Collingswood residents are encouraged to actively participate in shaping the community's health initiatives by sharing their valuable input through this survey.
